worst customer service! i ordered through skipthedishes, but when it arrived it was the wrong order. i called 7-11 to fix it and they told me they screwed up, but they would not do anything about it. i ordered specifically through an app because i cannot pick up and need it delivered, plus there are added costs onto the order due to ordering through skip. they would not help at all and expected me to do something about it, then hung up on me. i asked for the manager and the woman...read full review
Went here last Thursday, July 6th and had the worst experience ever!! So i bought a drink then proceeded to go to the cashier, there’s this girl who was working around 1:50-2pm. She didnt scanned my drink yet but proceeded to tell me how much my total was. I was waiting for her to scan since I’m paying my card but she just gave me a look and let me wait a couple mins since she was talking to another employee beside her.

Went in last night at about 12am (oct 10) not the best service but what can you expect of a 7-11 i suppose ? they seem to hire only family and friends that think they're above everyone else
