I order my food there from there at 2pm and was told to wait for 5 min. They were not busy. But after 20 min still nothing when I went to them there was no one was at the front and after some more minutes later someone came and told that they are gonna make a new one. The people who came after me got there order first and one of them seems to be a coworker. The girls who were on the floor were much busy chitchatting. Very very bad experience. ?
I ordered the mama burger combo, the burger itself was cold and bland and the fries were barely lukewarm. My drink cup was covered in dried pop syrup so it was sticky and unpleasant to hold. My friend also ordered food from here and theirs took so much longer for just a poutine. My food took 5 minutes their's must've taken closer to 20. They also had complaints about the small amount of gravy they got on their poutine though I'm not sure they'll post a review. We both eat at A&W...read full review

I have never eaten chicken in my whole life and this girl named Karem passed me my order. I had ordered the new Peri Peri potato burger instead I received the chicken one. Upon going back to her she called the manager and the simply refunded the order.
