Edit: I’ve realized at other locations that they shake/stir it really well & its only matcha on the top half, and you can stir with the milk on the bottom (no clumps!)- //Summer 2023:I think the cold Matcha latte needs more care/attention... because it can sometimes be really clumpy in the final product. Anytime I have bought brewed coffee from here (usually in the evenings) it has been ridiculously cold, with no exception. They probably don't brew coffee after 4-5, and can't keep the previously brewed coffee warm. I don't recommend it.

1. Always put different amount of milk, so sometimes it feels like you drink not a cappuccino but just milk.2. Also, sometimes they forget to put in an extra shot, and you find this out later since it is too hot to drink right away.But it should be noted that the coffee here is much better than at Starbucks.
