Takes a long time to get your food. I’ve waiting from 15-20 minutes for my order. This place is always busy so keep that in mind. Feels like there is no sense of urgency at this location.
This is lower mainland main headquarters location. Sometimes they have new menu that other branches don't offer.2nd floor is main dining area which used to be not tidy up but recently they have kept the 2nd floor well cleaned up.

Noticed the McFlurry is no longer getting mixed. I think this is due to no longer using the plastic spoons that used to be used to mix in the toppings. Maybe they should have sorted out a new mixing option before the switch to wood spoons.
