It was early in the afternoon but all of their individual buns and bread loaves were gone already. It was unbelievable. Usually, the bakery would have another round of baked goods in the afternoon. This bakery is inside the Crystal Mall. I believe they do their own baking here. It's pretty good, I usually come for some rolls and coconut buns. They are always fresh. They have cakes as well. I've noticed the prices have gone up quite a bit since the pandemic but it's like that everywhere so no big deal. The one lady who works here is pretty nice....

I’ve seen this name in China before. Though the menu is completely different. The cakes are ok with the classic Asian sponge cake and whipping cream method. Saint Germaine is better in terms of small pastry because it is more fresh and more variety. In terms of cakes, TNT is better, they make it more fresh.
