Customer service needs A LOT of improvement!Pros:- Bubbletea is good and seem to be consistent with other Sharetea.Cons:- The workers are REALLY slow, I literally watched the new guy move his hands slow-mo, it felt like I was watching a TV show and it was a dramatic scene. Sometimes a long wait, they often do not have enough staff for online orders when there are customers in store.But the drinks are very good so, if you have time to wait, and the staff are pleasant.

I went to the store today, November 7, 2023 at around 4:30pm. There was only one person working. One customer had a fairly time consuming order (something ice blended) and another mobile order, as well as 2 store orders. We waited about 10 minutes, but it was no fault of the worker. She did her best and we could see the sense of urgency in her work. The store worker at this time worked really hard and did the best she could.
