I just want to take a moment to appreciate the two older ladies (although not old) that work here. It is the best Tim Hortons around. Theyre quick and the food is a lot nicer than the other Tim's in the area.
Sometimes apps are difficult to figure out, but when I went to “activate” my Tim Horton’s free birthday sandwich wrap, the lady at this location not only clicked what I needed to do, she got me a nice large orange pekoe tea on top when I did not know it included a drink, and after another person who made the order brought the drink, she delivered another nice bonus, a beautiful smile and a “hope you have a nice birthday”. The quality of my order was abysmal. I ordered 5 minutes ahead on the app and they didn’t start making it until 5 minutes after I arrived. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cream and it was cut horribly and I wasn’t even given enough spread to cover the entire thing, let alone extra.
