When I got there on a Monday, the establishment was packed, which says a lot about its thriving business. I got to try the S'More Croffle from their monthly menu and it was incredible. This may just be my favourite breakfast item. This meal came with bacon that was superb and eggs that were consistently good. The coffee was top notch and went great with everything else. Also, the coffee is free if you have it with a breakfast choice. The service was excellent; well-mannered, and they checked on you often. My only problem or nitpick about this restaurant is that it is far from where I live and it is in an obscured part of Chilliwack where you would not think to go. Nonetheless, I would love to come back to Cookies Grill and try their other menu choices. I am very happy for this restaurant's success.”

“I am a frequent subway go-er, and this is one of the top 3 subways on my "chilliwack subway" list. I find it to be speedy and fresh, and 9 out of 10 times, the staff is friendly and tentative. The floors and tables are genuinely clean and functional with no broken seats/chair legs or large messes.
The past few visits, I've noticed the fountain drink machine continues to be out of Pepsi and Mountain Dew but functions well otherwise.
In terms of service, they always are responsive to any requests - including my boyfriends severe dairy allergy. They change their gloves and complete his sandwich before starting mine (I have to ask them to do this every time, but they never argue or show any kind of ignorance in doing so - always friendly and smiling.)
I've only experienced poor service once - which came down to my sandwich bread being burnt previous to being toasted, I asked for new bread, the woman behind the glass made eye contact but failed to get new bread and carried on. Being in a hurry and realistically not that picky, I opted to let it go and carry on with the order myself (crispy bread is not the worst). She continued to struggle in giving me the requested extra pickles and banana peppers but after saying "more pickles please", "more banana peppers please" several times, I finally got to the desired amount. All in all, not the worst service I've encountered at a subway. I've seen the crew of 2 or 3 workers move thru a line of 10 plus people smoothly, tentatively, respectfully, quickly and without any large sighs or panic amongst them.
Lastly, in terms of ingredients - they seem to always be well stocked, fresh ham, lettuce that's not soggy, tomatoes that aren't squished/overly runny, crunchy cucumbers and the staff is typically never chincy on quantity.

Definetly one of my top 3 subway stops in Chilliwack!

Parking: Located in a strip mall - lots of frontage parking as well as parking lot style parking. Both free

I brought it to the attention of the frontline staff, and they quickly resolved it with no fuss; appreciate the prompt service!

They’re still giving out the older Super Mario game packs (no Pokémon or Minecraft yet). Most of the staff seemed to be native Canadians friendly, although quite busy at the time.

The meal was decent, and the taste was good overall. The washrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, a recommended stop!”

'It turned out to be "the best" (white sponge cake, Lemon Mousse topping + decorations) and....(this is an endorsement...) a relative who was an artistic professional cake baker loved the cake! Early birds the next morning finished off the "leftovers"! 5 Stars!”

“The Uptown Grill is an exceptionally great restaurant, and I was glad that I came to Chilliwack to eat there. Despite the small space, I was able to get a table when I arrived. The overall interior of the restaurant was simplistic, although I do like the brick wall. The service was great, and they seemed very fervent about working there when I was having brunch. I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Eggs Benedict with pan-fried potatoes. The chicken was fantastic in every sense. I have not had fried chicken this great in years. The hollandaise sauce tasted excellent with hints of sweetness in the flavour. The potatoes were soft yet somewhat crunchy with a nice subtle taste to them. It came with a salad that tasted pretty great, and I really liked the sweet garlic dressing that came with it. The coffee was great, and I found myself having a second cup of it. I even ordered the Blueberry Latte to try, and I was little surprised that it was an iced beverage. Nonetheless, the latte was flourishing with flavour with it tasting almost yogurt-like. I highly recommend the Uptown Grill for breakfast, brunch, and/or lunch. I hope to come back to this establishment very soon.”
