The first thing I have to say about Ocean 7 is that the atmosphere is exquisite. We went there in the evening, and the lighting, music, seating space, and service was all close to perfect.The steak tare tare was the star of the show. We came in on Sunday morning for breakfast (Late December). At first glance, this is a beautiful setting for a meal. Really nice setting both inside and out, with a great ocean view too!Unfortunately, our initial service experience was quite poor as we stood at the host table for about 10 minutes, awkwardly making eye contact with the bartender and other staff members.
