“I started buying these donuts in a back alley 3 years ago and I couldn’t be happier to see Kim and John owning a business and succeeding the way they are now! Their donuts are AMAZING!! Each week they change up their menu with incredible new ideas for donuts while also keeping some customer favourites. Each donut is well thought out and executed flawlessly; all the while keeping it at a killer price point. These donuts are a revelation!! If you haven’t tried them, please don’t miss out on the best donuts of your life!! Come support them and make your tummy happy at the same time! “Been craving Duffin's hot torta (subs)... so, decided to act on this today. Ordered a combo that included a huevo con chorizo torta, onion rings and a drink. Didn't disappoint! The torta was rich with flavours and textures, starting with a bun with a nicely crisp crust. Inside, your typical garnish found in Mexican tortas (lettuce, tomato, avocado), and the star in this, the filling of choice (scrambled eggs with chorizo)! It was awesome! If anything, I would ask Duffin to be a bit more generous with the egg & chorizo filling, it was very good, but not enough of it. Tho onion rings were crisp, great side to go with the torta. While there, couldn't resist and also picked up a dozen donuts... yes! The whole experience, food & service, was perfect, and that's the reason people keep coming back to this establishment... however, their eat-in areas are still closed. Very inconvenient. Hope this changes soon! In the meantime, bring your face mask and order to-go.“

“This is La Foret's second location. It is different from the first location. At the moment this is a to-go location. I was surprised to walk in to see a big open space. They have donuts, croissants, pastries, cookies and ice cream. They also have coffee and other drinks. We went on a Sunday and there was only one person working. It was surprisingly quiet compared to the first location. I got a croissant and B got a coffee bun. The croissant was nice, flaky and fluffy. For $3.75 can't complain. B really liked their coffee bun. It has butter coffee filling inside which is very different. The location is very convenient. It is walking distance beside the skytrain. I will definitely go back for other treats.“

“Tried for the first time today. We got half dozen box with glazed x2, sesame x2, HK milk tea x1, and salted brown butter x1. When they hand it to you, it’s still warm. The donuts were lightly crispy and chewy. They were all delicious. Would definitely order again!“

“I'm so happy that they opened up a mochi donut place right by my workplace! Mochi donuts are a nice lighter alternative to a regular donut which may feel too sweet or leave you feeling heavy. They also sell bubble tea here. They have seating if you wanted to sit in. The times I've stopped by doesn't seem to have been busy so the chances of having a table all to yourself is very likely. Also, the staff here are kind and gave me good suggestions on which flavour to pick.“
