So it looks like the Gong Cha (bubble tea shop) has died off and has now reincarnated into a Japanese style bubble tea and donut shop. Looks like they kept the lid machine, as it still says Gong Cha on it. Parking is available on the side streets. The inside is modern but pretty typical. Staff are friendly and mostly helpful. Not sure what kind of baking they do in the back room, but their idea of venting (the back room got a bit smoky) was to keep the front door open for 30 minutes...read full review
I'm so happy that they opened up a mochi donut place right by my workplace! Mochi donuts are a nice lighter alternative to a regular donut which may feel too sweet or leave you feeling heavy. They also sell bubble tea here. They have seating if you wanted to sit in. The times I've stopped by doesn't seem to have been busy so the chances of having a table all to yourself is very likely. Also, the staff here are kind and gave me good suggestions on which flavour to pick.

I ordered roasted milk tea and pistachio cheese cake doughnut.Milk tea was average. Donut was $4 each.I was expecting way better flavour for $4 small donut, but it was somewhat blunt.If donut was $2.50, I may visit multiple times. But I I will not come back again for that price.
