This place is an absolute nightmare. Clearly they dont care or can be bothered enough to read the reviews on google as everyone is saying the same truth. Fails to provide a spoon and charges me extra for asking to get one so that i can actually have some of the ice cream that i paid over $10 for. Dont come here…ever… if possible. Just go to purdys if youre craving ice cream.
The girl working at this location was so rude and does not know about a single thing about customer service. As we ask her for a sample to taste. She deny to give us saying that it's a policy but other location they do provide you sample to taste. Please do teach her basic manners . Worst experience. I'll say go to mcd instead coming to this location . Thank you.
