They couldn't understand what I was saying when trying to order than told me to hurry up because there are customers behind me. When I got the food it was a complete mess. I asked for money back and they argued with me while I stood there in pain since I had just gotten surgery. I returned the food. They finally agreed to give me the full order back which was 2 combos but they just gave back the money for 1 sandwich. I guess they didn't care to keep a customer happy. Probably one of the worst run Tim Hortons in lower mainland. The employees are regularly rushing through orders.It is rare if they ever get your order right, your sandwiches are literally squished and thrown into bags and the coffee doesn't even taste like coffee.It is impressive to see how consistently they mess up the orders.

The Tsawwassen mills Tim Hortons lives by the Dr.Sues book, Green Eggs and Ham, great book, horrible way to sell food.
