Tim Horton’s says a lot about Canadians. They priorize the lazy driving through the drive-through, while making the mobile walk-ins wait. Little eye contact, staff seem more interested in keeping the drive through line move than serve customers with a smile. Coffee atrocious. If it weren't for the bagel tasting decent, this would have been a 1-star experience. Ordered in the DT and the person sounded annoyed whenever they asked "was that everything?" We get to the window and the person there literally didn't say a word to us, they extended the machine and handed our items with no expression. The coffees tasted pretty bad as well. Asked for a little less sweetener but didn't think that'd mean none at all, and keep in mind we ordered the new pumpkin...read full review

The staff at Tim Hortons really need to work on prioritizing orders at the front counter waited over 5 minutes today before someone even noticed that people were in line. And when you’re watching some of the staff just standing around doing nothing not impressed with this location.
