“I’ve only been to Queens for the Sunday blues jam. It’s totally fun and very well managed by Jackie. Our waitress Kate was amazing, great server and personality to match.The jam itself is a blast. “We had wanted to visit this pub for quite a while, and finally the time was right. I'm sure this place is really hopping Friday and Saturday nights, but we went on a Sunday which happened to be very quiet. I had been in search of a good beef dip to replace the one I used to enjoy at Pipers before it closed. After several tastes at popular restaurants, I was very satisfied with OCP's beef dip. I had it with fries, but there are other options like soup or salad . My husband raved about the honey mustard wings and will be returning to try other flavours since the menu has so many! We had a very comfortable experience and our server Monica really made an impression on us because you could tell how important it was to her that we were enjoying everything. I find that a sign of a good Server is one who always offers even before you need to ask! That was Monica for sure. “They give you a full cookie tray size pan of delicious homemade nachos however the cheese wasn't fully melted and I feel like if they had slightly charred or reduced or cooked in any way the onions it would have been an absolute 10 out of 10 I would probably give it a strong 3.5 for the food but the atmosphere and the friendly staff and speedy time on the food and really good prices. 9.9/10 recommend“
“Stopped in here last night on a whim with two friends and had an excellent evening. The staff, Jason, was professional, warm, welcoming and funny and spoke so highly of both the owners and his fellow staff that I didn't want it to go unnoticed. From the quick service, to the great music and selection to of beers/alcohol it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we will be back. The other patrons seemed very comfortable, and there was a wide mix of people which is always lovely to see. Thank you so much for such a great evening!“
“Loved everything about our dinner. This place is an experience, from the delicious food and amazing service to the ambiance (especially given it's on a floating dock) to the beautiful island itself - we enjoyed such a lovely walk after dinner. On a side note, the ferry ride back over to Nanaimo Harbor was fantastic! It was around 7pm, and the Captain (wish I got his name) played songs like 'Gilligan's Island', 'Yellow Submarine', and 'Banana Boat' - we sang, we laughed, it was fun - best Captain ever! ??“

“I went in with a friend on my birthday to take advantage of the birthday discount, first time going here. Food was delicious, servers were attentive, good atmosphere. I had the prime rib and both it and the sides were amazing. I split the Chocolate Conspiracy dessert with my friend and it was a great end for the meal. Will definitely come back during Summer when I can enjoy the view/more daylight!“
