Super slow. Majority of the time I will be waiting in line for over 10 minutes while there’s no other customers. Typically if I order a bagel or a sandwich it’s either not cut or they used a knife that clearly wasn’t clean prior and I get bacon or lettuce (due to dirty knife) in a plain buttered bagel. I was really disappointed how they treated me. I understand the worker might be busy or frustrated because it was a bit with 3-4 customers ( being generous here) , but every customer is valuable. And they shouldn’t be treated like this. My iced capp lid was completely messy and so I requested thrn to change it for me, the employee made a face and just handed me the lid rudely, like I was asking the iced capp for free. My go to order here is a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap and it has been 2 or 3 times now where I order my wrap and find out after my purchase that the store doesn't have the ingredients required to make what I ordered.
