My Husband and I have been on the hunt for good Pho for years. So many places have been a bummer. Finally we went her because my mom said it was pretty good and boy was she right. The ice coffee is on point! the Grilled chicken ( or pork ) Bahn Mi is amazing. A lot of places don’t make the grilled Bahn mi so that was the first exciting news! Pretty solid vegetarian/vegan pho options, including a satay peanut broth option that was above average.I stopped in for lunch after seeing they had a couple of vegetarian pho options (with vegetable broth), including a regular veggie pho (small: $13; large: $15), and a satay veggie pho (+$1 from the regular pho sizes). Update 2023-11-24#63 is very similar to tom yum soup. We ordered a little spicy. The soup was very delicious and there were a lot of big shrimps. Today we also ordered barbecue and rice. The chicken and pork were both great.The fried spring rolls are delicious, the cooked beef pho is a bit harder because the beef is thicker, the lemongrass roast chicken is delicious, crispy and charred, and fragrant.
