“Top-notch sushi experience, eh? The chef, super friendly and Japanese, really kicks it up a notch with his delicious flair and generous portions, eh? The miso soup? Absolutely killer, eh? Couldn’t resist grabbing one to-go, eh? Highly recommend, bud! ?????“
“The sashimi and rolls were very fresh and delicious, but what captured my palate the most was the beef teriyaki. The harmony of ingredients and seasoning was just right. The staff were all friendly, kind, and attentive. I will definitely come back with my family.“
“Little restaurant hidden inside the plaza mall. Open on Family Day-BC stat holiday and stopped by for the first time, as a result (other restaurants closed). Called ahead for pickup and was ready on time. Owner saw that I was carrying extra groceries without a bag and offered an extra reusable. So kind. Great food at reasonable price.“
“We ordered Party Tray C and a BC Combo from Sushi Farm in New Westminster, using the Fantuan app. Nothing special like Aburi or Oshi sushi but the food was nicely done. Everything tasted fresh, and it was very good value. The party tray was $36.70 and came with 50 pieces on it, while the BC Combo was $12.55 with a BOGO free offer on it, so we got two BC Combos for $12.55! We'd never heard of this place before. Just found it by looking through Fantuan, but having now discovered it, I think we'll be ordering from here again sometime. They've got a pretty good rating on Google!“
“I got takeout from Victoria Sushi and decided to get the sunshine roll. It was made to order and thought it was decent for the price though nothing special. They did give a bonus appetizer for our order which was quite nice of them. The only complaint I would have is that parking is a premium whenever we go which makes it hard to dine in unless you live in the area.“
“Arigatou ありがとう !This little joint is dope, an awesome spot to grab some good eats sushi grub when your in the hurry from RCH Hospital which has limited options within the area, especially those that are literally adjacent and 200 meters from the entrance. The Agedashi Tofu 揚げ出し豆腐 I must admit was super weird and tasted more like fish stick style batter or nuggets, rather than Tempura. Albeit, the rest of the sushi was plentiful portion and plenty of yummy fresh Edamame 枝豆. The Dynamite Roll 炸虾卷 in fairness was the yummiest, totally dig the added crunchy Yam in there as a sweet edition.Super friendly couple running a quaint, low fuss and minimalistic sushi and poké joint with a nice vibe after very reasonable fare.Support local businesses!“
“Perfect sushi rice and flavors every time . Bestest sushi restaurant in New West. Really love Ikoi sushi and such a hidden gem. Wish I came here years ago.Ikoi sushi has always been consistently great. My kids love Ikoi sushi? their dynamite roll is outstanding-I’ve never had a stale shrimp tempura, their dynamite roll has consistently been crunchy. Please keep up the great work. Such a treat to be able to pick up great sushi so close to home! You guys rock !“
“I have tried different sushi places in Uptown New West and several places downtown New West (mostly close to NW skytrain station, 5 restaurants..). I have discovered Yen Sushi when I moved to the area last year and I can honestly say this is the best sushi place in New Westminster! Excellent quality, tasty and affordable.I would highly recommend them. Stop by, you will not regret it.“
“Pleasantly surprised by how good and fresh the sushi is here. We ordered two sashimi dinner combos for $21.95 each to go and it was quite amazing. It came with so many different food items for a fixed price and the portions were great. It saves you from ordering items which are more expensive individually if you are craving different things. Our dinner sashimi combo came with a choice of terriyaki chicken or beef (we chose the chicken which had great flavour and fire wok vibes), you can then also choose 2 out of 3 of gomae, agedashi tofu, or chicken karaage, and you also get assorted tempura that was crisp and freshly fried with shrimp and pumpkin and more, a bowl of rice, a bowl of miso soup, and assorted sashimi with tuna, salmon, and surf clam, and 4 California rolls! It’s a great meal and deal!Everything was packaged so perfectly and with care to go! Loved it!“
“We are regular customers at this place and we love their food but today’s experience is the worst. We had extremely bad experience and service. I ordered spicy California rolls and goyza. I didn’t like the taste at all. Gyoza was over cooked. It was very hard to chew and rolls taste was very weird. When i told the server she didn’t even pay attention to my complain.I left the food over there barely touching it. I paid full. They didn’t even tried to find the solution and they ignored my complain. So I AM NEVER EVER GOING AGAIN. This place left very BAD TASTE.“
“The food was so delicious and actually they were my favorite among the sushi restaurants i had visited in Vancouver; Especially the rolls were so nice. I cant forget even it has been about six months since I came back to Korea. It was so delicious. After leaving Vancouver, I kept thinking about the rolls here in Korea, so I looked for a restaurant in Korea that sold them haha. When I go to Vancouver, I definitely want to buy and eat sushi and rolls?“
“Ki Sushi is not the best sushi, but it's the perfect balance of price to quality. I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years now, and the quality of the products and great location make it still my favorite place for sushi. I highly recommend the spicy salmon sashimi, they have the best spicy sauce out of everywhere I've been.“
