COBS Bread Bakery Lonsdale Quay Market

Tucked away inside the Lonsdale Quay market, this gem has a great selection of baked pastries. Another yelper mentioned that it is difficult not to order everything and I will have to agree with that statement. Everything looked wonderful. We didn't even buy anything!The baker is such a lovely lady, we were talking about how beautiful the product looked compared to other bakeries we've been to, and she rushed out of the kitchen, grabbed 2 of the scones (my partner said, 'those don't look dry like most scones'), bagged them and handed them to us 'to try.'They were AMAZING!
