I almost never give five star reviews but I'm not sure why this place is so low. Attentive courteous staff even when busy, good baked goods and espresso drinks. Should be high 4s compared to other shops in the north shore.
Such a wonderful neighbourhood gem! Delany's is a famous, locally-run coffee shop and café. There are many fresh baked goods, delicious lunch options and a variety of coffee and other beverages. It's reasonably priced and has lots of cozy indoor seating and dog-friendly outdoor seating as well. The servers are always professional and friendly.

This place is mainly a coffee place. We had ordered their panini sandwich for lunch. I had it toasted as it tasted better on a cold day. Nothing wowing about the sandwich. Since we're not coffee drinkers, we had herbal tea which they offer a few choices. They also offer other sweet treats. There's both indoor and outdoor seating even on a cold day.Parking is complimentary on the street.
