Pretty busy place, crowded early in the morning. A little frustrated when I specifically asked if a certain drink was available and was told yes it was, I again asked if it was for sure and told yes. After I paid and waited 15 min, I was told that it wasn't available, instead I was given a substitute without asking for or approving. I should have been asked if I wanted a refund or substitute.
Your employee walked away from the drive through window after giving me my orderi realised that he didnt include a straw so i waitedhis response to me waiting for him to return to the window was "WHAT ELSE YOU WAITING FOR?" in an extremely rude wayvery unacceptable.

I asked for 1 kind of timbit and was given an assortment, didn't realize till I got home, and recently after receiving my order I asked for a couple of packets of salt & pepper and was told that they don't carry them. Fortunately the other Tim Hortons (not far from this one) does have salt & pepper for take out orders
