“Great location. Some cheap customers complain about the wifi being slow, but so what? Pay for your network before complaining! Only the issue is the majority of the customers. People from this particular place are so demanding, always self-centred and cheap. Makes me so frustrated even just being in the same store because they don’t respect others but they expect to be respected when they aren’t even worth it! If the number of “those people” becomes lesser, this place would be a better place.“

I have frequented this location since it opened and watched my kids grow up here when we went for treats. I can honestly say, I have never had bad service here. This particular Starbucks is located inside Safeway and it's a smaller branch with just one staff member working at a time.It's worth noting that due to the limited staff, there might be a short wait time for your order. The lone staff member takes your order and prepares your drink, which can result in a few minutes of waiting. However, if you're looking for a faster service, there are other Starbucks locations you can go to.The staff are friendly and the location is near a highway.“
“Love this little Starbucks. Servers are always extremely friendly and there’s a great system where you can order on the app. Drinks are always great although I probably wouldn’t get the apple caramel frappe again as it tasted very strong of spices like perfume. I usually go for the strawberry frappe which is a nice treat. Only issue is that a number of times my partner has ordered an iced drink however he got a hot one instead. He’s not one to make a fuss so he just takes it. It’s not that big of a deal but it can be frustrating for him.“

“I’m usually here at the weekend after doing the Grind or BCMC in a morning. It’s almost always busy at those times and a nice atmosphere with all the people there to hike, go up the gondola or ski. Despite the crowds, the service is usually fast and my order is accurate. I did however have a hiccup today (Monday 13th November) when the order taker looked like he really couldn’t care, my order was wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed (add milk….that was all) I had half my drink poured out and ended up with cold milky coffee.Whilst I’m on this point, why don’t Starbucks go back to letting me add the milk myself?“

“I was in your location on Friday March 24th at just before 9:30amThere was 5 people approx sitting in location and I was 4th in line. Line up went quick and there were 3 ladies working. I forgot one of the items on my 2 person order and inquired what oat cold brew beverages they had. It's rare in the service industry not to come across impatient clerks that seem inconvenienced. This experience was sooo the opposite. They collaborated excited to help me and get creative and made me a special drink. Absolutely amazing ladies. Thanks starbucks“
