Subway in Port Coquitlam

“The subway is located in a little industrial area in a smaller complex, but definitely satisfies a sandwich fix. I was only a bit disappointed because the store was advertising for their new jerk chicken. However, this location had not yet received their stock for it. We also came at a time where they were cleaning out one of the sandwich making areas that usually stores the toppings, so it seemed a bit hectic for the workers, and all that they would be doing this at prime lunchtime on the weekend. instead I opted for a wrap that was grilled. It tasted fine. Nothing else to write home about.“

“Been visiting this branch since the beginning of the year. It originally looked like the interior could do with some loving but since then it's had a nice refurb so it's bright and clean.I go around lunchtime on weekdays and the ladies that serve me are always smiling, kind and courteous. They're a pleasure to interact with and my food is always as requested/ordered.“

“Ordered from skip, store called me to tell me they ran out of my chips, but I missed their call, and when called back my order was already sent out. Turns out when I got my order I received an extra cookie and a lovely note wishing me a good meal, and apologies that they didn’t have the kind of chips I ordered. It made my night and I got a different bag of chips that I like just as much. Awesome staff :)“

“This subway has been my usual for the better part of the last 10 years. The workers have changed a lot, but the quality rarely suffers.Parking: The closest parking is by the main entrance to the lot so it can get chaotic parking there sometimes and it will only get worse with time.“

“Update: after many emails back and forth the district manager offered me a free remake of my order, including giving me his personal phone number so I could text him to let him know I was there and he would let the staff know to make my meal for free. Much better this time, thank you very much!I have ordered twice on the app for pick up and both times my orders have been incorrect. I have contacted the manager via email both times and have not received compensation, only copy and pasted generic apology letters.Super frustrating! Never ordering from this location again.“
