“The absolute best pizza place in the TriCitites. The pizza tastes very clean and the ingredients are high quality. It is perfectly seasoned as it should be. Many pizzas places make it too salty or with added sugar. Not this one. We always get the Margerita pizza and it never disappoints. We will keep ordering here.Our 3 year old which is usually picky for good food loves it.We also had good experience with the folks woking there they are responsive and nice.Keep doing what you are doing because it is very good!”
“The older lady who works here is very kind, funny, and witty. The presentation, price, and potions of everything here was good. I would definitely come back. They have a large menu so tons of items to try each time. The sushi tacos here are unique from other restaurants. I would highly recommend the uni taco and the negi maguro. I thought the oyster Motoyaki was okay. It came with spinach and sliced onions, and cheese. I personally wouldn’t order it again. I generally like mine with mayo, cheese, lime, and cubed mushrooms and or cubed onions. The Beef Tenderloin & Foie Gras Aburi Oshi was okay, I could personally do without the foie gras as I’m not a fan. We ordered the assorted sashimi which was good, as well as the Kosho Aburi Roll”
“On our 5th try, we've found our "go to" take out sushi place in Poco. We were recommended other places, but they were all heavy on tasteless rice and mayo, we prefer smaller amounts of rice. All the rolls were great, lots of flavour and the sashimi was excellent. We will be back soon!”
“Small restaurant with amazing ambiance and food. I ordered a bowl of Kaow Soi and Som Tam Thai as a side. Both were absolutely perfection. The Som Tam Thai salad was super fresh and flavourful. The crunchy papaya paired with lettuce resulted in an excellent combination of textures and flavours. Kaow Soi was full of flavours as well and and the coconut milk-based soup was creamy beyond perfection. The crispy noodle on top made it even better. This is the best Thai food I had so far, 100% would come again.”
“The crowded restaurant I arrived at attests to the popularity of this joint. I had chicken & waffles. They were great. The chicken was tender and well seasoned, and the waffle was crispy and soaked in syrup. There is definitely more chicken than waffles though.”

“Finishing a 5 day cleanse today. I have done them before through three different companies and this by far was the best. I usually am sick of them by the third day but this time, with how delicious the juices are and the variety, I could go on for much longer. And I feel great!”
“I see the high reviews but for me I'm not huge on this place. Reason being is the price is so expensive and I do find it lacks flavour. The lunch boxes are nice because you get gomae as well and presentation is very nice on everything, again lacks flavour and sauce and I just don't see the hype.”

Perfect rice to ingredients ratio. The toppings were very flavourful. I liked the crispy bits on top. Not too spicy at all. There is limited seating inside the restaurant though. Omakase starts from $90/ppMy favorites from this platter (if I recall correctly from Keith's kind explanation) were Engawa, sablefish, Spanish mackerel, Hokkaido hotate, Keith's special scallop salmon nigiri and a few other fish in there. “This is a great spot for take out, not so much dine in as it’s a real depressing hole in the wall kinda place BUT what a great find! It’s become my new go to sushi spot after discovering it on New Year’s Day when most spots were closed. The sushi is excellent, very fresh and they don’t rip you off on portions. In fact the portions are big for the sashimi and they keep the price low and that makes me want to support them even more when everyone around seems to be hiking up prices and gouging sushi lovers to the point we can’t afford sushi anymore. I hope they continue to keep their prices low and that the community supports such a great sushi spot with great food, friendly staff and great prices! Thanks Hiro!”

“My husband and I went for dinner on march 24 at 7pm the place was so inviting we started off with a couple of potato pancakes they were so delicious. The main course for me was pesto penne with prawns served with garlic bread so delicious. My husband had Cajun chicken penne with prawns served with garlic bread he said it was delicious.”

I got a lamb rice plate, a lamb poutine and a baklava, the lamb was fresh shaved, thin, juicy and flavourful & the rice was to die for— with an extra generous portion! The poutine was also really top notch, gravy wasn’t too salty and the lamb was the perfect addition. The baklava was sweet and flaky! The staff was also so kind, welcoming and fast, it’s Safe to say we’ve found our new favourite donair spot.”

“Located at the intersection of Coast Meridian & Perry, this Starbucks location has indoor and outdoor seating but no drive though. Parking lot is shared with other businesses in the plaza. We ordered our drinks via the app to pick up. It was very busy on a Sunday morning but the staff were efficient at making the orders. Lots of take out orders were also observed. Good location and close to other restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities nearby.”

“I order the Aburi Poke Bowl. Their portion was a good size. It was very fresh and filling. The staff was very helpful to accommodate my request. Looking forward to going back to try the VIP lobster.”
“This is the best soybean paste restaurant of my life. I didn't know the difference between Jjajangmyeon and Ganjjajangmyeon... but my eyes lit up after eating Louran's Ganjjajangmyeon. I mixed the remaining seasoning with rice and ate it. That doesn't mean the amount is small. I felt like I was wasting the remaining seasoning, so I mixed it with rice and ate it all, even though I was full. ? I ordered Kkanpunggi and Sweet and Sour Pork because I thought they were too common. The Rajogi was crispy and delicious! I heard a lot about this place from my friends as a good restaurant, but it was even more delicious than I expected. And friendly staff! It's best. While paying, he even recommended that I must try the shrimp dish, chadol jjamppong, and Sichuan jjajang next time! So, I will definitely try the menu you recommended on my next visit. ? Luran!! Highly recommended!”
“I went to the Bakery location off Coast Meridian this morning and ordered 2 cinnamon buns, a cheese scone and 2 brownies. The employee putting the order in the take out box used her fingers (no gloves, no tongs) to pick up the brownies from the display case and put the brownies in the box! I didn’t see how the other items were selected because I was looking at some other items on the side counter then turned back to look as the employee picked up the brownies but it seems likely fingers were used for those as well. The employee then used the cash register etc. I felt really awkward about saying anything in the moment…paid and left but kept thinking about it and didn’t end up eating any of the items because who knows if the employees hands were clean. This was definitely not a safe food serving practice and I won’t be buying anything here again.*UPDATE*The Bakery was quick to respond and to address my concerns. As a result I will visit again!”

“I ordered a tuna poke bowl and negitoro roll and partner had chicken karaage. Sushi was fresh. The poke bowl was stylishly presented and had lots of interesting things in it including tuna prepared two ways: spicy and a soya based marinade. The chicken had a tasty, flavourful seasoning. Will come back to explore their menu further!”

“Tried their fungi pizza which is vegetarian. It had truffle sauce on top. Amazing!!!! Ordered take out and it was ready once I picked it up. Great spot to grab a pizza on a Friday night. Can't wait to try their other vegetarian pizzas. I can't stop thinking about it!”

“My wife and I enjoyed the yummy sushi here! Miso soup was very flavourful and not too salty. The rolls we tried were very good, sunset roll, red dragon roll and yam roll were excellent. Perfect rice to ingredients ratio. The toppings were very flavourful. I liked the crispy bits on top. Not too spicy at all. There is limited seating inside the restaurant though.
