I ordered some take away catering from Chef Claire’s this past weekend for extended family birthday dinner I was hosting for roughly 15 people. We ordered the roasted mushroom canneloni and the Spinach and ricotta canneloni, and the roasted veggies. I live in the area and I just pick up frozen meals and reheat them at home in the oven. I'm obsessed with the crab, lobster and prawn cannelloni. Also tried the enchiladas and they were pretty good!
I ordered from Chef Claire's for a 30 person party this weekend. Claire planned a selection of platters/finger foods based on our budget a couple weeks ahead of time and I picked everything up in the afternoon for our evening event. It was easy to heat up and plate the hot food, and everything else was presented beautifully. Everyone at the party raved about the food, especially the tuna tataki platter and cauliflower pakoras.
