Outstanding service!! All of the staff were super friendly. I was here with some friends and dont really drink much beer, the boys behind the bar were more than helpful helping me choose one! I ended up having the Blackberry sour and it was delicious! I must say, the music selection was excellent, you could tell whoever was in charge of the music could really read the room.
The beer is beer.This one aussie dude on staff sucks about as much as the stereotypes warn you aussie dudes can. Purely basing this off of our stinky transactional convo where he tried to come up with some jokes and just came across as arrogant and obnoxious and sadly, dumb. Unless you can read the room (which i doubt you ever will), stick to the script, mate. You’re hella bad for business.

Recently had my Birthday at East Van Brewing and it was a great day. The large space upstairs made it perfect for hosting my friends. Would have been a 5 stars if they had an Aussie Pilsner instead of the New Zealand!
