This place is amazing. They spend all morning preparing their absolute most popular dishes and then put them under heat lamps and by 1130 it has a lineup of customers until about 2 PM. You can still sit down and eat here, but they are clearly catering to the ‘grab and go’ crowd, and it seems to be really working for them.
