“Mo’s dogs are the best! He’s got dogs for everyone, including veggie dogs. I had the chicken and veggie dog and both were delectable and affordable. The square is a great place for a quick pit stop and some down town people watching. Mo is a lovely human as well.“
“Got the strawberry bingsu cause I was craving a sweet treat and it was so good! Fruit was fresh, the ice cream on top was good and the drizzles were nice. The bingsu was flaky, nicely icey, and while on the coarser side, was still very light and sweet! It's an alright/sizable portion size for the price (bc its a campus shop the price is higher). I definitely recommend trying, and will try the other flavors.“
“? Late-Night Snack Attack at Japadog! ?✨? Hit up Japadog on Robson at 1 am after some fun in Chinatown. This place is a lifesaver for late-night munchies, serving up some seriously tasty hotdogs 'til 4 am!? Tried the Kurobuta Terimayo combo and, oh man, it was a game-changer! Juicy hotdog with those unique Japanese twists, plus Shaked Fries on the side? Yes, please! ?? Whether you're wrapping up a night out or just need a delicious pick-me-up, Japadog's got your back. It's the perfect spot to chill, enjoy some good eats, and soak in the Robson Street vibes. Don't miss out on this tasty adventure!“
“The line moves at a decent pace. We ordered:Poutine: 3/5 pretty salty, fries were goodPerogies:5/5 really tasty and nice texture dumplings! They are really generous with the sour cream and grilled onions! We grabbed our food and sat on their outdoor patio.“
“Never been to Japadog before my trip to Vancouver. I swung by the grab something while exploring the city. Asked for the most popular item and wasn't disappointed. It was tasty and very filling! Looking forward to trying another flavour next time.“
“Overall a creative concept with a unique twist on your classic hot dog. I wouldn't say it blew my mind, but the nori did pair well with the hotdog in a way my tastebuds hadn't experienced before!! Would I revisit? Eh probably not, but still a solid place to try out!“
“Recently had a chance to try this tiny place called Mean Poutine in the heart of Vancouver downtown and it was some experience. The customer service was good, and the staff was friendly. The food was tasty , but have tried better poutines ….We ordered fried chicken poutine and it could use a little more gravy, it felt little dry. Buffalo chicken chunks are tasty.Overall good experience, hopefully they can rectify the gravy situation and make poutine great again.“
“I was happy with the food and the friendly staff. It’s always a bonus when you can choose your own style! Like for example half mozarella and pork or many other options, also toppings like sweet potato or ramen crisp. Top it with your favorite sauce and add some flakes like Parmesan for the final twist. Only sad thing is that you can’t sit in or in front of the place - so it’s mostly a to go snack.Thumbs up, I was full because it was quite a good portion of food.“
