This is the best McDonald's I visited in the lower mainland. They are polite, clean, and efficient. They have good hygiene sense, for eg. they give out the drinks to drive-thru customers by holding at the bottom instead of grabbing the cup from where you sip. This is not something that many people would pay attention. keep up the good work team!
When dealing with Rose, there are no problems.It’s our favourite McDonald’s. The younger people are just careless or don’t know how to read. We just got back home and discovered 1 Big Mac meal missing but the drink was there and one of 3 McDoubles was missing. Because we had 2 coupons, for the Big Macs we were billed separately. Looks like the order was in 2 bags but we only got one of the bags. Also, note other people were waiting in cubicle number 1 and got the wrong...read full review

My experience is always joyful due to kind, friendly staff who are helpful, alert, and place customers first. I asked for a B.E.L.T and on the bill I noticed no Egg, just BLT. At the pickup counter i spoke to the server who immediately added the Egg to my order. I was very happy with the efficiency.
