I've been coming to this place for yearsss and have always ordered the same drink. The original owner used to make my drinks at the Fraser location when I went to JO where my obsession started. I'm not sure if it's under new management or who they have making the drinks but the quality has gone down so bad. This place is joke. The elderly cashier with Grey hair needs a hearing aide, as she keeps screwing up my order. I spoke with another cashier had to repeat everything I ordered atlest 5 times in English and Mandarin Chinese for another lady to explain to the Grey hair lady.
I would like to personally say a HUGE thank you to Steve and his team for delivering the most delicious bubble tea today to our team of Housekeepers at BC Children's Hospital! You put a smile on their faces, and we truly appreciate your kindness.
