“I recently visited this charming coffee shop and bakery and was thoroughly impressed by the delightful ambiance and delectable offerings. The cozy atmosphere, coupled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods, created a welcoming and inviting experience. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring that my coffee was made to perfection. The selection of pastries and baked treats was extensive, each item bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a delightful coffee and pastry experience. A true gem in the world of coffee shops and bakeries“
“This was my first experience in this restaurant and I truly loved the food. I used to try Persian restaurant usually in North Van or downtown but this one is also amazing. I tried mixed wrap and Ghormeh Sabzi stew with saffron rice. I liked both of them, so tasty. The staff were so friendly which also made me feel more comfortable.“
“I ordered the saffron chicken with zeresht rice and I was satisfied with how the food taste and how filling it was, that I even had leftovers. My husband ordered khoreshte ghayme and he said that this place made this dish very well. For dessert we got sholeh shard and I love how it this place didn’t make this dessert to sweet! Next time I’m in UBC I will probably go to this place again ☺️Vegetarian options: Sholeh zhard“
“As I remember Cazba is one of the old Persian economical choices we have in Vancouver. Whenever I feel like having a kabab Cazba is one of my choices. Overall kebabs will cost you around 20 to 25 box and they have other Persian dishes as well. The food is portioned largely and always fresh, I can say the quality of the meat can go higher but again the price will rise up as well!Vegetarian options: Few options like Kashkebademjoon or MirzaghasemiDietary restrictions: Everything here is with meatParking: Paid parking at Davie street or shoppers.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Wow, what an incredible dining experience at Khaghan! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was great. The staff was friendly and Zara provided great recommendations, making the whole evening more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!“
“Their Kalé Pācheh is awesome, but I don't like the way they serve it. They mix all the meat in the same bowl with the meat soup. I like meat to be served separately from the juice. Apart from that, the taset is amazing... a full bowl of fresh and wellcooked meat!“
“I recently dined here with friends, including Japanese and Chinese guests. The cozy ambiance and delightful staff perfectly complemented the exquisite Persian dishes like Koobideh and Zereshk Polo. Their Ghorme Sabzi is obe of a kind. It's a must-visit for anyone craving authentic flavors in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Only, please remind that in Persian stews aka khoresht, usually the dried lemon which comes whole is not for eating. Its been added for its aroma only..“
“My favourite place in Vancouver forever, I was married to a Persian for a couple years, and the only good thing about him. It was his culture, I adore Persian cuisine and has become part of my life. This place really brings up the best of the history of the cuisine at its finest! I absolutely adore the staff and the food it’s made with love.“
