Went during lunch time on a Saturday. They must be quite short-staffed as there was only one employee working. Despite this, our experience was quite pleasant. When we arrived, they were already helping out 2 customers. They were quite friendly, had an efficient system with multi-tasking between making the bread, taking orders, toasting the sandwiches, adding the toppings, and taking payment. Lettuce was not fresh. Staff was not very courteous to serve food. She looked a bit frustrated or irritated, not sure why. I prefer it when people serving my food are content and happy to serve food. Also tables had sauce from previous customers, not cleaned.
