Very good atmosphere and whole experience was like a food show! I hesitated a bit before when I saw the price ($300+ pp) but as it got Michelin certified I still want to give it a try. I love how the girls wearing Japanese clothes and great you with very comforting manner. The decoration was also making feel like entered a Japanese theater. It's very good. Each piece of sushi was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully seasoned, including highlights like smoked saba and cured maguro. The hot dishes were also extremely well done -- chawanmushi was beautifully tender, A5 wagyu soba noodles came in a richly layered broth, and ikura-king-crab chirashi came with rice enriched by red snapper as it steamed. Fantastic experience, the staff were lovely and the food amazing! I only wish it were a little less expensive $325/person seams a tad high but it was a wonderful experience none the less.
