First time to visit Sushiyama the other day. Tried their salmon roll and tonkotsu ramen. Their service was good, accommodating staff, and their food was okay. Will try their other selections when I visit them next time!
This was our favourite for the longest time.. On our most recent visit, the sushi rice was not cooked through, you can taste the hard little bits in the rice... Considering we ordered so many rolls of sushi... It was not pleasant. It should not be that hard to perfect the rice. Not impressed ☹️

Ordered bento boxes and in general food didn't taste fresh, the deep fried prawns weren't crispy and there was too much rice in the rolls. Disappointed and won't be coming back.
