This is my new favourite bubble tea spot, and I've been to plenty. Most chain stores don't provide this level of customer service, and I find most drinks too sweet. Teaspoon's tea is the best I've ever had - not too sweet (but plenty of flavour) and doesn't give me a caffeine headache. They also have an ETHICAL rewards system where you actually get free stuff fast. I'm so glad I found this local gem!

Cute and tiny bbt shop in Burnaby heights!Very good tea latte! Both matcha and hojicha were good. You can tell they use real ingredients, not artificial flavours. Their fruits slush was yummy, too.
