We were looking for gifts to take home that were locally made and happy we ran into this simple stand. These squares are delicious even more so with coffee! Give it a try when you pass by.
They had me at the sample! I'm not sure how they pack so much lemony goodness in there, but bravo! The lemon coconut portion is a 2:3 ratio to the buttery, crunchy Graham cracker crust. It works perfectly! We got the mini share pack which contains twelve pieces. It came vacuum sealed and scored so every piece is a perfect little square! It's the perfect sweet treat when you need just a little somethin' somethin' and you won't feel like you're over indulging.

Now this was a really pleasant surprise that changed our dessert plans: once you try this coconut-lemon bar there's no turning back. One of the best surprises from the Island, for sure.
