Got a set of six macarons from the shop itself, not the public market counter. Each one was INCREDIBLE and actually tasted like what they said, as compared to some other macarons which just taste like sugar. My only complaint is that the selection of macarons at the shop was more limited than the selection at the public market.
I had so much fun here yesterday! You get to choose the flavour you want to make. We took home 83 macarons. Josh was a great instructor, was encouraging and could answer all our questions. I wouldn’t mind doing this workshop again.

Best macarons EVER! Perfectly fresh. Outstanding texture. Wide variety of flavors including an outstanding savory (yes!) Gouda. The proprietor was delightful and was giving everyone extras. I'd go back to the market just for these.
