Great branch on USP campus
Service is slow, not ideal for people with a limited lunch time. Self serve kiosks are blocked by unnecessary seating. Not a very well thought out location
The food took an hour to get and the worker had the food the entire time but just didn’t call my name. My name was put onto the ‘Now Serving’ board but was taken off despite not even receiving my food. The worker ignored us when we asked when our order would be done and the food was soggy. Before the order, we told the workers that we had class soon but it still took an hour. We were late to class because of this and was one of my worst experiences in a fast-food...read full review
