One of the best pho in Metro Vancouver! We come here every week, so the owner already knows what we order each time. She's very happy and talkative to new customers! Bun Bo Hue is my go to, and the soup never makes me thirsty (ie. No MSG), so I almost always drink all the soup. Definitely recommend!
Lovely in all respects! In my opinion perfect proportions. They're even generous i'd say, when I get my usual Pho Dac Biet, with the strips of beef. Also one of the tastier broths i've had from my experience trying many Vietnamese restaurants around Vancouver growing up here. They're open when virtually all other Pho spots or restaurants in general are closed. I think I can pick up on the fact that even their water is filtered which is a nice touch for my OCD water standards lol....read full review
