Just a wonderful cafe, I stopped by and was greeted by Jorge, a wonderful soul who has quite the story of how he arrived in Victoria.The atmosphere is unmatched to a lot of cafes I have checked out. I had conversations with Jorge for quite a while as he cleaned, gave attention to the other customers as well as kept me company. Definitely will be back.
