We had a great visit. The time between our appetizer and main course was a little bit long. There was virtually no one else in the restaurant so we found it odd that the food taking long was odd. Other than that we enjoyed the food a lot. It's a bit on the pricy side, but I suppose it is a Westin Hotel so is to be expected. We'll be back!
Everything was good, but the menu on OpenTable is inconsistent with the actual menu. Made my reservation based on their menu posted on open table, so that was a bit of a surprise. Should be kept up to date.

My friend and I came to Callisto for a quiet lunch where we could chat and enjoy the lovely view. The food was good, the service was outstanding; however, the noise level with scraping chairs as people were seated very near us was off-putting. We could not hear each other over the loud noise.
