Coffees as of late is hit and miss and seems to be under flavoured quite significantly, I watched somebody pump an empty bottle of syrup into my coffee and when I asked them to add more from a different not empty bottle seemed a tad confused.Staff always seem friendly though.
I usually grab a drink on the way to work or when hang around near downtown. Most of the staff are polite including manager who works hard. However, I noticed a barista, her name was Yenna, she needs to learn North American style customer service. She seems a bit rude when calling customers name (bossy too) but the most part she says ‘thank you, have a good one’ to Caucasian men only. This is not a surprise attitude in Victoria, but you gotta remember all the customers pay....read full review

I got a venti sized drink, thought it felt a little light and when I opened the lid, it was only 3/4 full. I would have rather paid for a grande size since that's all I'm getting. :')
