“Wanted a nice vegan lunch and found this was a couple blocks away from our hotel (Strathcona). Food was amazing! The mushroom soup was the best I ever had and the Mac bowl makes me want to come back for more. Highly recommended. All vegan, gluten free, locally sourced ingredients. Everything we ate was crafted to perfection.“

“We visited again from Sask and did not disappoint! Amazing! Well worth the wait in line! I had the tuna on salad! And my husband had the halibut fish and chips with a side of the chowder. The chowder was his favourite. Still taking about it. The staff were also fantastic. Friendly and very efficient! For the amount of people served and the small space we were amazed at how spotless the kitchen was. Highly recommend a visit here!!“

“Syd was the first server to create a decent atmosphere at any restaurant I have visited in my 53 years living on this god forsaken planet. Especially when compared to my hometown of Milano, Italia.
The servers of my youth would make me feel more worthless than a maggot. The constant beratement from other waiting staffs has scared me mentally and is the reason I lash out at my children, Clara and Antonio. This experience with Syd and the other wonderful staff has cured me and I will no longer beat them before bed. I have turned a new leaf, allowing me to move beyond my horrific horrific previous dining experiences. I would like to suggest several members of your staff pursue a masters in trauma informed response/therapy, as their aptitude for this field is clearly evident and I'm sure you would agree if you had even a smidgen of intelligence or functioning eyes.

“A great experience and exceptional food. Simply put. I felt very taken care of at this restaurant. My water was never empty and the waitresses and hostess's made sure we felt comfortable. Our waitress, Kate (sp?), provided exceptional service. She was affable, attentive, and very accommodating. One member of our party has significant dietary restrictions, but Kate and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure that she could was able to get her food as well.“

When they state porkbelly and you get shaved roast porkbelly that is not seasoned and because it is thinner than their bacon super chewy and distracts from the other flavours of the dish which are okay. If they rubbed it and braised the belly and cut proper thick slices for porkbelly it would do the oppisite and add to the dish 🥲.“

“This has been one of the best Greek restaurants we’ve ever been to. From the food to the service it was amazing and done right! Would 100% recommend! We had the keftedes, moussaka, lamb shank, and ekmek and they were to die for! We ate everything off the plate, and our serve Dimitri was just the best!“

Of course the biscuits were exceptional and perfectly cut and toasted. I had the egg and bacon Sammy and added tomatoes and avocado. Perfect!!! Group of 6 all raved! A diverse, spread on a theme, and I'm not a gravy fan and it too was delicious. The special steak had homemade dips and stuff, and the vege was it was incredibly complex and yummy looking. I normally don't like truffle oil since it tastes really fake and strong to me, but I'm happy to report that they were spot on. The burger was 10/10, great grilled taste. I also had the warm apple walnut cake with butterscotch sauce and cheese. It was absolutely delicious. Great meal and service.“

“As soon as I entered the Tibetan Kitchen Cafe, it felt like home with notes of Sandalwood and teachings of the Dalai Lama on the walls. The food was excellent and the staff were attentive. After eating out for a week into our trip, the food here was just what we wanted; homey and healthy. I went in with a friend who never tried Tibetan cuisine and they were impressed too!“

“Tasmin was our server When we arrived, it was very busy, Tasmin seated us quickly in the "VIP" section which made my kids very excited. She was an absolute wonderful server, she was personable, funny and very knowledgable and helpful with the menu. She made our visit one of our favorite memories from our vacation. I would highly recommend this restaurant to families, it is a great atmosphere. Also, they offer a gluten free menu if you have dietary restrictions.
