We came every night for a week and all the staff we met were super friendly and fun.
Awesome environment .. well diverse
Everything about Brickworks exceeded expectations. The bison short rib was outstanding and paired perfectly with the duck fat Mashed potatoes. The brussel sprouts with the maple glaze and bacon were a great way to start the meal. This was our favorite dining experience on our Whistler trip.
