The hashi gawa roll and hashi kaisen don are delicious signature dishes. The sushi is of excellent quality and the presentation is impressive, served with roe, jalapenos, lime, ginger, and wasabi. The staff is friendly and the service is outstanding. Despite its location, Hashi Gawa stands out as a top omakase experience in the East Bay, offering a cut above strip mall sushi.
