“THIS BURGER IS LEGIT!! Had the bacon double cheeseburger as I do at most places because I can. Always comparing. And George's is up there for juiciness, flavor, composure, and thickness. Fantastic. And the Owner, he is an amazing person and loves what he does and loves his customers. I enjoyed spending time talking with him. What a blessed place to eat!“

“First time visiting The Corner Kitchen! I went with two others one a Saturday night and the inside was packed. The staff was quick to seat us and take our order. I got two sliders, and shared a basket of fries. They have plenty of options for the sliders, and it's where they shine. There is a counter option, as well as tables and booths. There is one restroom, so there may be a small wait, but not always. Parking is sufficient around the building.“

“We will definitely be back for more burgers and fries! I've walked by this place so many times and haven't thought about coming in. I finally decided to go on Friday, and I'm sad I waited so long!Great prices, great options for various burgers and unique options and the fries were amazing!“

“Amazing service and amazing food. Best grilled cheese I ever had in my life. Must add bacon and caramelized onions wow! Strawberry milkshake is the way to go! It’s the best out of all the milkshakes(: Garlic cheese fries are super strong but oh so good! Been here multiple times and never been let down! Always eat in because take out has smaller portions. Eating in has reasonable portions I usually can’t finish my meal in one go! I only ever finish the fries first haha! For two people it was $70 with tip. For a family of four with tip it’s around $100 to $110. But it’s definitely worth it!“

“I've only had takeout, but it's always been good. Enough options for the whole family to find something they like. I always get the Chicago Dog and usually save half for later. Very big portions!DO NOT SKIP DESSERT. I order it knowing i will have it for breakfast and a snack the next day. The apple bread pudding is one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life, and that's not hyperbole. The sweet and salty flavors come together with soft and crunchy textures and become something so delicious. I'd eat it every day!“

“I kid you not, the lamb gyro here just might be the most delicious thing I've ever eaten in my life, and I am not a young person. I don't know how they manage to make the gyro so flavorful, but it's absolutely ridiculous, in a really good way though. I could eat here every day. The 5 stars they maintain here on Yelp is highly deserved.“

“When visiting this fine Italian restaurant, be sure to order the Sunday gravy. It's basically every type of meat poured over by a delicious Italian red sauce, and then placed on top of a pile of spaghetti. The drinks were also prepared very well. The line is long so call ahead and make a reservation.“

“I loved their unique list of craft cocktails. They had a long list of hamburgers and sandwiches. The Reuben did not disappoint!!! I was pleasantly surprised by their side salad, which was big enough to be it's own meal. The portion sizes were very generous. We left the restaurant with a few take home boxes and very happy with this dining experience. Great and friendly customer service with a nice country vibe! I would definitely go back!“

“A reliable in n’ out experience. Good service, quick turn around, reasonable price for fast food. Everyone who helped us was very nice. The burgers at in n’ out are a bit overhyped compared to some other burger places, as are the shakes. So if you’re looking for a good tasting burger, this might not be your jam.“

“This little joint, honestly reminds me of SoCal in the summer just wanting a charbroil burger. If you constantly go down to Anaheim or Santa Ana area, you know what I mean when I say this. There's not that many places like this in Northern California because everyone's at the main burger corporation spots. The service here was spot on and they were super patient with us on what we wanted, only because it was our first time there. I got the mushroom burger with all the basic toppings on it and I will say, that they cooked this burger exactly how I would eat it, if I were to make it at home. You do have to order the fries and onion rings on the side, but they do offer specials that come with fries or onion rings, but I wanted to actually try one of the burgers on the menu and it did not disappoint at all. I honestly murdered my burger within seconds once I took a bite - LOL. Yes call me hungry! Fries were cooked perfectly and the onion rings come with ranch. No need to ask, because they already have it with it - LOL. Those that love eating ranch with everything knows what I mean. Service is a 10, food is a 10 and the vibe is a 10! Will be making another round here no doubt.“

“Ordered take out straight from Yelp. Me and my husband loved it. Got Tikka, garlic Naan, and a mango Lassi. The Lassi wasn't overly sweet which I liked. The Tikka was awesome, tender chicken, rich flavor. Garlic Naan very generous portion. The food was gone in seconds. We will be coming back!“

“We walked in and had to wait less than 5 minutes for a table on a Saturday morning! Waitress took our order super quick, was very friendly, checked on coffee levels (haha). Food arrived so quick, I thought at first it must be for a different table! Portion size is incredible! We both ordered omelets and a side of pancakes. We ate half our omelets and less than half the pancakes and we were stuffed. Typical diner noise, but not loud enough to not have a conversation. Will be back again!“

“I absolutely dig Batch and Brine. Their food has always been good, their servers have always been spot on, even their drinks are great even though they got rid of my favorite cocktail a few years ago. If you are a burger person eat their Blue burger. It is great every time I order it.“

“So good, I love their burgers. I usually get them with jalapeño. You can order using the kiosk on the front counter, so you can order as soon as you're ready. The staff is very nice and helpful. I do not feel like a burden asking for cups or sauces. I wish the burgers were a little less greasy, but they are delicious nonetheless! My mom loves the chocolate dipped cone.“

“We were looking for Curry Up Now, didn't realize it was actually part of the Local Kitchens mini food hall, which we'd never seen before but were thrilled to find. We ended up ordering from The Melt and Sushirrito as well, and loved everything. Ordering and pickup were easy, the staff was friendly, and the whole place looked spotless. Our family of four got tikka masala paneer on rice, garlic parmesan fries, tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons, and chicken karaage with Peruvian herb sauce. There were so many great options, we'll definitely be back again soon. It's the perfect place for a group. It's sort of magical that the same little place can provide so many different types of food, all fresh and tasty. There are a few picnic tables out front in case you want to eat there. For takeout, I recommend using the Local Kitchens app to order in advance.“

“My last experience in a restaurant was last Sunday, I went to have breakfast with a friend, the place is called Hoja de la Bahía in Concord, California, it was worth it because they have variety on the menu, it is a very clean place, Latin people bilingual with excellent customer service, but above all the food is very delicious and fresh, freshly made.“

“This place has been here basically forever since I first lived in San Leandro and the food has always been consistently tasty and fresh. Run by a cute Korean mom and pop couple, the value for a quick lunch is solid. Yes, post pandemic inflation has caused prices to increase but you get what you pay for. Hoagy steak has been a staple for me as an SL local and I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a regular lunch take out place.“

“We were here a couple of Thursdays ago and arrived an hour early to eat before our axe-throwing reservation at 7:00 pm. My wife, myself, and my two friends all had a great time with good drinks and food. The instructor for axe throwing was also very friendly and helpful. It was my first time axe throwing so it took me a bit to get the hang of it. Though, once I did, I hit quite a few bullseyes. Highly recommend this place for a night out with friends.“

“You already know I do love my hole-in-the-wall food joints. This is a very quaint little place, hidden in broad daylight. ("hidden", as in if you don't know it's there, you'll breeze right by it.) They weren't busy at 4ish in the afternoon, and "Mom and Pop" were right there to greet me. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. Very, very flavorful and charbroiled, as advertised. Generous portion of hot, perfectly crispy fries. The drink selection could be a little better, but I get it: very small outfit where, I would guess, the profit margin isn't real big. No problem, there. All in all, I would highly recommend it if you're looking for good, well-prepared and very flavorful food, WITH generous portions!! You won't be disappointed. I know I'll be back to try out menu items.“

“Fast food that doesn’t give you indigestion! (5/5 Green Stars) On the downside – the items (e.g., fries) are not dripping in fat. On the plus side, the items are not dripping in fat! It may take a while to get used to the healthier version of fast food, but think of it this way – it’s actually nourishing your body instead of poisoning it. The signature burger, made from organic quinoa and mushrooms is so much better for you than a burger made from meat. Same deal for the planet, with organic and 100% plant-based ingredients. I’m giving Next Level Burger 5/5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact for the following reasons: • 100% plant-based. Obvious major benefits to animals, society and the planet. • Organic ingredients. Again, benefits to the planet and society. • All packaging, down to the straws, is compostable. That’s the best way to manage the waste stream for this kind of restaurant. • Next Level has supported groups like BLM and Covid healthcare workers. • Founders advocate for plant-based food to deal with climate.“

“The service was great, shout out to my Spanish-speaking employees. The burger was good, the fries were OK and I had refills on my soda. ? ? ? Pretty standard experience except for the price tag was $22 for this meal. Now, for a burger this seems pretty excessive. I don’t understand the hype, especially because I can make a delicious tasting burger at home, for a fraction of the price. ?“

“I recently had the pleasure of stumbling upon one of two outstanding hamburger joints...This one at the Palos Verdes Mall in Walnut Creek and the other one I hear on Oak Grove Road in Concord, is just as sensational... What captivated my attention when I walked in...was the sweetest and most attentive Asian waitress Sadonna, who could see I looked a little green and politely asked if she could help me and proceeded to find us a cozy table and made some great recommendations regarding the menu and what makes Mona's so special... First of all, when you come in the front door, there's a huge replica of the actual MONA LISA painting on the wall, along with some other, very cool signs and memorabilia, that take you out of the ordinary...into the extraordinary! What your humble narrator did not know, is that the reason this hamburger meat was so tasty is that it comes right from nearby Niman Ranch, where the cows eat better than I do...are only grass fed with no antibiotics and are never treated in any cruel or inappropriate fashion. I chose THE HAWAIIAN and my assistant chose MONA'S and we added a Big Basket of Skinny Fries and some refreshing Strawberry Lemonade! (Even the quality of the fries, with absolutely NO TRANS FAT...totally left the Golden Arches in the dust!) I understand that the owner is a Very Happy Man and why shouldn't he be...when he has figured out how to produce the Finest Hamburger in Contra Costa County at an affordable price and in an atmosphere that begs you to come back for more! Mona's Burgers is Delightfully Open 7 Days A Week: Sun-Thurs 11:00 am-8:30 pm; Fri & Sat 11:00 am-9:30 pm at: 1574 Palos Verdes Mall Walnut Creek, CA 94597 Call: (925) 278-1415“

“I drive a lot around the Town for work and this place is always a good standby in the hills but it's right off the freeway, so if you're traveling, it's perfect. I like the al pastor burritos and the tortas. It's inside a liquor store that has a lot of nice options for adult beverages, but don't drink those if you're getting back on the highway. Take out only. Overall, decent prices, quick tasty Mexican food, coupled with a convenience store all right by the highway.“

“I must say, this burger chain has easily become my top pick. It's well-known for its generous portion of french fries, no matter what size you order. We usually opt for a small and share it. The food here is consistently fresh and tasty. Despite often being bustling, the staff manages to serve customers swiftly and effectively. The only downside is the escalating prices, which have limited my visits to only when I'm really craving their burgers.“

“The place is always clean an the staff are always nice. The prices def got $$ since I can recall. Which I didn’t mind but they had to have done something with the buns. Something changed. “FULL DISCLOSURE: Only reason this doesn't get a 5 star is because the business hours are inaccurate and not updated. Other than that the food is amazing! “A small, local cozy place with good music not too loud, just right. Service is quick from waitress Sadonna (cool name). The burgers are juicy. The fries are hot. The tri tip was good. “I go here basically once a week with my son, and it's usually pretty empty in the restaurant, I think because the orders are mostly to go and food delivery service orders(i.e. doordash.) Because the food is always good. I love that you can put as many toppings as you want for the same price. Also the staff is very friendly and the service is pretty quick. The milkshakes are delicious. Side note: Do NOT come here if you have peanut allergies. They use peanut oil, and they have huge boxes of peanuts to eat while you wait for your food.Parking: Always lots of spaces that are visible from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have index cards and crayons for kids to color on and then a bullletin boars to post the art on.“
“I love Nation's! There I said it and am done....just kidding! It's so nice to have a regular old fashioned hamburger with OG toppings. Sometimes crisp iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions is all that is needed versus smashed, fried egg, blue cheese etc. Today, is pi day so a nice healthy slice of lemon meringue is what was in order. They have a seasonal blueberry pie which was tempting but the guy at the register said to go with the lemon which happens to be my favorite anyway. The crazy is flakey, lemony custard and a big layer of meringue completes this delightfully light treat. Parking is easy and there are usually plenty of seats. Please support this great local franchise. Have a burger, chili cheese fries (daughter's favorite), a soft ice cream cone, milkshake and or pie. So many options! Pro tip....each year at the Moraga Pie Festival, Nation's bakes the special, festival only, pear pie. It's very good!“

They're small fry is enough for two all day long“
