The order taker had such kindness in his voice- the compassion and empathy vegans have really brought through his order taking. This was my first time ordering and I had a few questions- he was SO KIND with answering all of them. I ordered a jalapeño burger with no patty- he even asked if I wanted more veggies instead. And my goodness, it was seriously the most flavorful burger I’ve had. Like I’m craving it now! I work in Human Resources so customer service is one I typically have to observe. All servers appear to have good command of service to customers - they're smiling and attentive to everything. They all seem to share their loads and helping each other (like filling coffee). I hope the manager/owner pays them well and provides good benefits for retention purposes.I had crepes with strawberries and bananas and side of eggs and sausage. This was only my second visit as it's a bit far from my hometown but the second visit is just as incredibly wonderful as the first one two or three years ago.I highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly for sure“

I recommend arriving early, the approximate wait in the mornings is 30 minutes to 1 hour. “Had two meals here recently: one lunch, and one late night take away (12:30am-ish). Both were well prepared, with the in person stuff being presented nicely for being basket fast food. Egg on the Ojai burger was perfectly cooked and the patty well seasoned. Spicy Miso fries were wicked tasty and huge portion. Katsu Sando takeaway was super crispy which is a must, along with the cut of chicken being substantial. I’ll be going back.“
“Highly recommend Gully. Best halal burgers in SoCal. Ignore the bad reviews. I attend the festival and they provided the best service for the occasion. The service is great, they make sure you are taken care of and are always working to improve. I recommend getting the 3x3 with grilled jelopenos, with a side of Gully fries. It might seem like a lot of food but it's surprisingly easy to eat. You don't feel stuffed but rather satisfied. Go check it out!!“

“We stopped in here for breakfast twice on a recent vacation. There's plenty of parking, plenty of seating in the diner and it was fairly bust which created a good atmosphere. The food was great, really good hash browns, the omelettes were excellent and self serve drinks. The first time we ate it was excellent, the food was awesome and we couldn't find a fault with the service. The second time didn't the food wasn't hot when it came out and the gravy was just ok, not great. “I was visiting town and my friend and I were walking around the circle. Very cute area and then we saw this brewery. Of course we stopped by for happy hour! Very cool vibe in there. Lots of space! We sat at the bar and enjoyed some beers. We didn't have any food but it did look solid. What I really loved is they have special glasses for their regulars. How cool!!! “The atmosphere is relaxing and open. There are plenty of seating areas and you don't have to worry about missing you number or name being called because they have table pagers per order. The restaurant is very clean with one big screen tv. Extra large patio eating area. They have a drive-thru and fast service even though they food is being made to order.The food is well packaged and fresh. I tried the 375 all day double cheese burger. Once time I opted for regular onions, the next time I decided to get grilled like I do when I go to InNOut Burger. They are very similar in the way they make the burgers except the sauce is Extra here if you want Extra. I noticed you can order chili cheese fries, but didn't see a chili cheese burger on the menu. I will ask and try that next time if they are willing to make it. I feel like this will be a frequent place for me to go.Things I would change is not charging for extra sauce, not doing like the real competitor and put the napkins in the bag so it doesn't touch the food and become useless. I did notice InNOut Burger started putting the condiments and napkins in separate small bags for the customers. That would be something great for this restaurant too. The service is tip notch. “They took an old Santa Fe train depot and converted it to a diner. Lots of seating. I judge diners on their bacon cheeseburgers. This place made fantastic ones. Thick, smokey bacon. Fresh beef. Crispy lettuce. Savory everything. Fries were so-so. Only two guys at the grill, but they hustled. All the staff hustled. There was not much of a wait between ordering and receiving the food. Amtrak and Metrolink trains zoom past the restaurant but they are not intrusive. Excellent all around.“

My kids didn't super care for the grilled cheese. The only con for me was I would not recommend getting it to go. Everything comes out piping hot so a 15 minute drive definitely steamed a bit.
