Front of house staff are always on top of it; attentive, efficient, kind, the whole 9. Back of house has never done me wrong, food is always delicious and out in minutes. “I've eaten her twice, sharing their chicken nachos with two others and enjoying a Smog City Groundworks Coffee Porter on tap. The nachos were plentiful with flavorful chicken, plenty of cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos and sides of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy. They have a wide selection of craft beer on draft, so you'll find something for whatever your mood. The servers were also attentive both times.If you're a sports fan, the numerous large screen TVs on every wall will ensure you don't miss a play. While I visited during the Cal State Fullerton students' winter break, I could imagine the lively energy when they return. The chicken was juicy, plentiful, and flavorful. The fries were fresh, and the salad was huge with lots of veggies. I recommend allowing fries AND onion rings on the platters, not just one or the other. Most similar burger places allow you to do both on the platters/ dinners. “Wow!! ? very first time to this restaurant and I am very happy with everything overall. Came here for lunch with my Sister. We had a burger fries slider sweet potato fries their tortilla soup and everything was excellent. We couldn't finish it all, but we had some fantastic leftovers to share with our family. “Just finished dinner here. Overall experience was amazing. Burger was top notch. I had the Hermanater burger and wife had the chicken chipotle sandwich. Both came out quick and were very tasty. Burger patty was crispy outside but still perfectly medium. Service was wonderful and we came in just before a dinner rush. Staff made us feel like regulars. As the rush started I could tell they do have a lot of regulars and know them by name. Ambiance was nice and relaxed. Finished my burger before I could take a pic.“
