“Great ambiance - better lean brisket, pulled pork and ribs yummy best by far in Redding area plus folks are nice 2 issues 1) they run out of meats and sides 2) a bit pricey but bearable Definitely be back but probably less often than we'd like !!!“

“Love Fresh Fire! The food is great and having a location in Palo Cedro is very convenient. Their online ordering is extremely easy to use and being able to pick up dinner on the way home from work is great. Their interior decoration is very plain, but otherwise it's a 5 star place to eat!“

“This is hands down the best burger for the best price in Palo Cedro! I've lived and worked out here all my life and ate from every establishment out here. PCI has the absolute best quality burger you can get out here and all there other options are fantastic as well. They have an amazing staff who is friendly and quick to take care of whatever you need! I'd recommend PCI over any restaurant in Palo Cedro no questions asked! “Blane recently did catering for 50th wedding anniversary for 50 people for me. His ribs and sides were excellent. Yesterday he did 4 tri-tips sliced for 30 people. The meat was superlative - moist , tender, and flavorful. Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Classic BBQ sauces also were excellent. Highly recommended by this continuing customer.“
