This is more a 3.5. Went here for lunch today and the food is good. This location seems to have slightly lower prices than the Rowland Heights location, but the portions at Rowland Heights seem bigger, which could account for the price difference. It was busy, even for a late lunch - but it did take a while to get any of the servers' attention. They also didn't initially bring rice with the curry plate, which was surprising. Great Hong Kong style breakfast place! We had a group breakfast and some people wanted congee, some want dim sum, and I wanted something in between. I love spam so I appreciated their western breakfast menu included spam sandwiches and omelets to accommodate the Asian dishes. All dishes are a breakfast combo, which includes a hot drink with refills.
